Dial 2-1-1 if you reside in one of the Nebraska or Iowa counties where 2-1-1 is available.
Currently 38 counties in Nebraska (shaded on the Nebraska map below) have access to 2-1-1 calling: Adams, Boone, Buffalo, Burt, Butler, Cass, Cedar, Clay, Colfax, Cuming, Dakota, Dawson, Dixon, Dodge, Douglas, Fillmore, Franklin, Gosper, Hall, Hamilton, Harlan, Howard, Jefferson, Kearney, Lancaster, Merrick, Nance, Nuckolls, Phelps, Platte, Polk, Sarpy, Seward, Scotts Bluff, Thayer, Thurston, Wayne, and Webster. Callers in the City of York also have 2-1-1 access.
The Nebraska 2-1-1 resource center also serves 8 counties in southwest Iowa: Cass, Fremont, Harrison, Mills, Montgomery, Page, Pottawattamie, and Shelby.
