CAR SEAT FITTING STATION provides individualized instruction and fitting for children and expectant parents. Appointments available every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. $20.00 fee per inspection/educational session.
PERINATAL EDUCATION provides education related to birthing, parenting, and breastfeeding. Classes include Prepared Childbirth with a Christian emphasis, Preparation for Breastfeeding, Infant Care and CPR, First Aid, Another Baby's Coming sibling class, individualized prenatal exercise, classes for parents expecting multiples, infant massage, sign language for babies, special classes for post partum preparation, and prenatal tours. Saint Elizabeth patients receive a free pregnancy newsletter. Internet classes also available.
WELLNESS CENTER provides health education/support services to the community and businesses, with an emphasis on the promotion and management of a healthy lifestyle.
