WEATHERIZATION provides assistance to secure homes for hot and cold weather; to be eligible, families must submit pay stubs from the last three months, and provide a legal description of the home or obtain the landlord's permission if the home is not owned by the family; the family must reside in the home for at least one year, and provide heating bills before and after weatherization to BVCA Partnership

COMPUTER LEARNING LAB; upon completion of 30 credits of prescribed coursework clients receive a free, refurbished computer; participants must meet income guidelines; open lab times are available
COMPUTER RECYCLING, accepts donations of used computers. Usable parts are refurbished, all other components are recycled. Clients can also take a computre repair training class where they help refurbish computers. The computer recycling program gives recycled computers to individuals successfully completing 30 hours of computer classes and organizations needing computers to increase their ability to serve their clients.
MICROENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT aims to create job opportunities for low-income individuals who want to start their own business or expand the small business they currently own; offers technical and soft-skills training related to small business development administered in the Core Four Business Planning Course curriculum; provides training in the lawn care industry through LAP Lawn Service internship program
HOMELESS VOUCHER PROGRAM serves homeless individuals or families in Lancaster County by providing intensive case management; applicants must be eligible for a Section 8 voucher through Lincoln Housing Authority
HOUSING AND RESOURCES COUNSELING provides emergency assistance with deposit, rent, gas/electric, and water; households must complete an application over the phone or in person to be eligible (must have amount past due); through the LES Energy Voucher Program, clients may receive vouchers that help pay their energy bills
INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT ACCOUNTS (IDA) serve income-eligible Lincoln families by matching their earned income savings to purchase a home, start a business, or pay for post-secondary education tuition fees; interested families must complete financial literacy classes as a prerequisite to participation in the IDA program
CAREER ADVANCEMENT TRAINING (CAT) offers intensive career training to ensure success in any type of employment, including coverage of such topics as problem solving, coping with stress, and communicating appropriately in the workplace; on-the-job training, career guidance, assistance applying for employment, and follow-up support to promote long-term job retention
SUPPORTIVE HOUSING PROGRAM provides housing subsidies, case management, and supportive services to homeless families in Lincoln; participants are assigned a case manager and work to overcome the barriers that led to homelessness
VITA TAX PREPARATION PROGRAM provides information on Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) and eligibility guidelines for the credit; free basic tax preparation is provided to low-income families and individuals who are eligible for EITC
WEATHERIZATION serves renters, owners, multi-units, mobile homes, and standard constructed homes in Lancaster and Saunders counties; households must meet 200% of federal poverty guidelines. Homes are eligible if it has been weatherized before October 1,1993; services include heating inspection and cleaning, furnace replacement, water heater replacement, insulation of attics and sidewalls, insulation in floors and ceilings of mobile homes, caulking and sealing, and window and door replacement
LANDLORD/TENANT SERVICES aims to increase stability in housing among low income individuals and families; services available to anyone requesting information about landlord and tenant relations; however, the program specifically targets low income populations at risk of losing their housing due to eviction
FINANCIAL LITERACY aims to educate individuals and families in important financial skills for life, such as money management, budgeting, credit, banking, and more; program utilizes MoneySmart curriculum - administered in multiple languages
