    1/4/2021-This faciliity is currently being investigated by the U.S. Department of Justice for constitutional rights violations.

    Long term and short term treatment and evaluation for mentally challenged/mentally ill.

    Assistive technology.

    Supported community living offers training and assistance to increase independence.

    Home and vehicle modification assistance available.

    Vocational training and supported employment.

    Community school program provides specialized services for students with challenging behaviors and emotional disorders.

    Psychiatric services.

    Outreach assistance for people living in or transitioning to their own homes, providing necessary support to help individuals maintain independence over time.

    Time limited assessments provides short term assessment and evaluation to determine effective treatment options and to avert long term admission.  Intensive in-residence assessments.

    Community training.

    Diagnostic and evaluation services includes overnight accommodations for those traveling long distances.

    Waiver homes for placement in the Glenwood community.
