11/17/2021 - COVID-19 Changes:
IMPACT Community Action Partnership Office Hours - All IMPACT offices are currently closed to walk-in services. All IMPACT services, including our food pantries, will be implemented over the phone. **If you need help with services, please call the main Impact office in Des Moines for further assistance - 515-518-4770. It does not matter whether you live in Boone, Jasper, Marion or Warren counties, you will still want to call the DSM office for assistance.
While all offices are closed to walk-in traffic, the IMPACT Drake, Ankeny, and Boone County Resource Centers will still provide monthly food pantry services. However, families must call first and IMPACT staff will conduct the service over the phone and schedule a time when the family may pick up their items. Families will receive a pre-packaged meal box or bag based on the number of people within their household.
- At this time, all “Anytime” items will be available on a first-come-first-serve basis on shelving located outside the office doors. Most items will be bakery items due to cold weather.
